Project Overview
Whole Cities Foundation, a nonprofit founded by a Fortune 100 organic grocery chain, is on a mission to grow community health by broadening access to healthy food and nutrition information.
Over the span of 3 years, I’ve helped the foundation launch a grant program in the U.S. and Canada, which expanded its impact from 5 cities to 90.
